CONFIRMATION
When your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this, then contact us about order confirmation.
CANCELLATION
We cannot always stop the order from being sent to you, so you will have to return it to us once it has been delivered. Please follow instructions for refunds and returns.
AMMENDING YOUR ORDER
It is not possible to make any other changes to the order once it has been placed (such as delivery address or quantity of goods).
Delivery Details
Our charges for Postage are to cover the costs of postage & recycled packaging from London, UK, to your postal address. We aim for your order to reach you within 10 days if in stock.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you and advise of delivery time.
Deliveries are made by the post office from Monday - Friday.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about delivery.

Refunds & Returns
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us
immediately and do not remove the product from it's bag.
When returning goods the parcel and it's contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage. The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will refund the value of the item returned and the original delivery charges, providing goods are in perfect condition.
Please return goods within 30 days in the original delivery packaging.

Diddi uses the secure payment system 'PayPal'. Please see their security information.
We will not use any personal information we obtain about you.
When you use this site you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details. We will only use this data to fulfil our agreement with you.
Terms & Conditions
ORDERS
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and diddi will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Ordering Information. If there is any problem with your order, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Services Representatives.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procurs unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT
Every product purchased is sold subject to it's product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.
PAYMENT
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
To be elgible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English Law you must:
